Each program is uniquely designed and customized to each patients concerns in both emotional and physical aspects - including a complete assessment, review of medications and medical history, monthly follow ups, obtainable goals, a tailored vitamin regime, and 24/7 messaging.

How is RejuvaDERM’s Medical Assisted Weight Loss program different from others?
The RejuvaDERM Weightloss Program is comprised of a team of dedicated and highly skilled health care providers whose primary goal to help you on your weight loss journey. We are proud to be the ONLY clinic in Grande Prairie with Canadian Trained Medical professionals providing weight loss services. Our team is available to all our clients and can be reached through text messaging 24/7.
The RejuvaDERM Weightloss Program provides clients direct access to dietitians, pharmacists and other health care specialists. Our program also includes post-treatment services including medical specialist referrals to Plastic Surgery (for body contouring and excessive skin removal), Internal Medicine specialists to ensure a complete treatment plan.
What programs are available for Medical Assisted Weight Loss?
We offer two RejuvaDERM Signature Weightloss Programs for Medical Assisted Weight Loss:
The Deluxe Medical Assisted Weight Loss Program (12 Week Program), which includes:
- a Complete and full weight loss assessment and plan (Weight loss coach and Nurse Practitioner)
- an Introductory 2-week lifestyle weight loss program with a dedicated weight loss coach followed with regular monthly follow up visits
You will work closely with our nurse practitioner and physicians regarding:
- an Initial full Medical assessment/examination for the weight loss program
- Review of current medications
- Monthly follow-up visits
- Assessment of suitability for weight loss specific medications
- Weekly Vitamin program
The Premium Medical Assisted Weight Loss Program (24 Week Program), which includes;
- a Comprehensive weight loss assessment (Weight loss coach and Nurse Practitioner)
- Monthly full body measurements, including reassessment of body mass index (BMI), regular caloric intake assessment and management
- Weekly weigh-ins, meal planning and schedules, shopping assistance for appropriate food products, assisting with upcoming events and challenges, fitness plan, one on one coaching and counselling, and direct access to our staff 24/7 (text).
You will work closely with our nurse practitioner and physicians regarding:
- Initial full Medical assessment/examination for the weight loss program
- Review of current medications
- Monthly follow-up visits
- Assessment of suitability for weight loss specific medications
- Weekly Vitamin programs
- Access to our nurse practitioner for any weight loss associated medical issues
