What to expect during a consultation at RejuvaDERM

At RejuvaDERM the consultation process is about ensuring that you feel informed and comfortable regarding any potential treatments you are considering. Our consultations act as an opportunity for us to get to know you better - including all of your skin health and cosmetic goals and vice versa- for you to get to know us and feel confident in your provider! Our medical team is committed to making sure you feel completely informed, comfortable, and confident concerning any treatments. Consultations are ALWAYS complimentary at RejuvaDERM.

 The day of your consultation

On the day of your consultation at RejuvaDERM, you will be greeted by our friendly reception staff where you will check-in for your consultation with routine health screening. You will have time to grab a complimentary beverage while you fill out any necessary paperwork to ensure your safety. You will then be escorted to a private consultation room where you will meet with the most appropriate and skilled service provider(s) for your area/treatment of interest.

During this time we will get to know you, your goals, and your lifestyle to ensure that any treatment plan you’re interested in will provide you with the best outcomes. We encourage all patients to come ready with any possible questions but this is not necessary as our skilled providers will thoroughly and carefully explain your treatment plan.

Preparing for your RejuvaDERM consultation

Be prepared to provide a medical history; Providing a medical history is standard in any medical practice and crucial in ensuring your safety as a patient. Your medical history will also allow us to tailor treatment plans around possible pre-existing medical conditions.

Brainstorm or write down questions you might have for your service provider; We want to ensure questions are answered comprehensively and leave you feeling informed about your treatment plan. This step is not necessary (as our team will carefully explain any treatments you are interested in) but we find that patients who think of questions before their consultation leave feeling more confident about possible treatments.

Try to avoid wearing heavy makeup for your initial consultation. We understand this is not always possible as you live a busy lifestyle, but if possible come au-naturel. This allows us to gain a better understanding of your skin and your skin’s needs.

After your consultation

After your consultation, you should feel informed and empowered to make decisions regarding possible treatments. However, we understand that sometimes you just forget that one question you were meaning to ask, or need a little more clarification. If this is the case, we encourage you to call us and we will do our best to answer your question over the phone, by texting our line or set you up with another complimentary consultation. Our promise to our RejuvaDERM clients is to provide the most accurate medical information on any cosmetic treatment to ensure you feel informed and comfortable.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL TO KEEP YOU SAFE

With the health concerns around COVID-19, we at RejuvaDERM are grateful for our robust COVID-19 protocol that helps keep our patients and staff safe. We are committed to providing the gold-standard in dermatological & cosmetic care and will continue to be here for our patients. Our in-clinic COVID-19 protocol is as follows:

-Every patient will be required to wear a mask (if not medically contraindicated), asked to sanitize their hands, undergo a verbal symptom screening and touch-less temperature test upon arrival. No more than 5 (five) patients are allowed in the 9000sq ft clinic at one time. Patients are brought into their own room as soon as they are available to wait privately for their provider.

-Staff undergo an online symptom screening before shift, undergo a touch-less temperature test upon arrival & also during midday, and are required to wear masks constantly throughout the day. RejuvaDERM has a rapid response protocol in place for any staff member who falls ill at work.

-Patient rooms are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly between each patient and high touch areas are sanitized frequently, routinely and throughout the day as needed. Our dermatologists and providers are in full PPE including masks, face shields/eye protection, gowns, and gloves.

At RejuvaDERM, your safety and comfort is our #1 priority.
