Latisse is the first and only FDA and Health Canada approved treatment clinically proven to grow longer eyelashes, making them longer, thicker, and darker. It is a prescription treatment for eyelash hypotrichosis (having inadequate or not enough eyelashes) and is the only lash growth product of its kind available by prescription. It is now available in Dermatologist offices in Canada.

How Does Latisse Work?

The active ingredient in Latisse is bimatoprost, which is thought to prolong the growth phase of the eyelash hairs. The longer the growth phase, the longer the hair. Additionally, Latisse makes more hair enter the growth phase. Mascara can be used to further enhance your eyelashes.

When Will I Start to See Results?

It works gradually but you may start to see more length in as little as 4 weeks and you should achieve full growth in 16 weeks. To maintain your results, continue to use Latisse as instructed or your eyelashes will gradually return to their previous appearance weeks to months later.

How is Latisse Used?
